Gary Fuller inspected homes in the Inland Empire for 18 years. In 2006, after a search to find the right person, Gary sold Building Tech NW to George Anderson.

Gary and George spent the next two years training and working together in transitioning the business and clients to George's leadership. Gary retired in 2008.
