American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI)
ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) is nationally recognized as the benchmark of performance for professional home inspectors, and ASHI inspectors must meet rigorous professional and education requirements.
To become an ASHI member, a candidate must maintain his or her candidate status for 6 months. The inspectors must pass two exams on technical abilities as well as writing and communication skills. He must complete 250 fee paid inspections written according to the ASHI Standards of Practice.
As a certified member of ASHI, Building Tech subscribes and is governed by the highest standards and code of ethics in the inspection industry.
